Newport Suite & Balboa Suite
For those who need just a bit more space, these 350 sq. ft. junior suites offer a king size bed, a sitting area with full-sized sofa, an electric ambiance fireplace, air conditioning, a small refrigerator & coffee maker, and jetted double spa tubs built for two. The flat-panel HD television can be viewed from the bed, sitting area, or tub. The Balboa Suite also has a breakfast/game table as seen in photo. Our junior suites sit at the front of our property, and are among our most popular accommodations. However, they may not be appropriate for sensitive individuals who are overly concerned about ambient noise. These suites open onto the fountain level of our Grand Courtyard, and have ocean views from a small Juliet-style balcony.

Room occupancy is limited to two persons maximum, regardless of age. All rooms, while thoroughly cleaned, have been occupied by pets at one time or another and none would be appropriate for those with severe pet allergies. Sorry, no smoking and no candles or open flame.
