The Cottage - Newly renovated and remodeled with our best ocean views. The Cottage offers Old Mission charm and the ultimate in privacy and luxury. The bathroom features a double jetted tub from which guests can see the ocean and a separate shower. The sitting room with fireplace opens to the living room with breakfast bar and kitchenette. The bedroom has a king bed. The private patio overlooks our pool and the ocean. 600-square feet separate building.

Laguna Suite - This ocean view suite features a large, luxurious bathroom with double whirlpool tub and separate shower. An inviting double-sided fireplace faces the bedroom with king bed and the living room, wet bar and ocean view balcony. 500-square foot suite.

Newport and Balboa Suites - These ocean view junior suites with a king size bed can conveniently be combined with an adjoining room to become a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. Capistrano Suite - This one bedroom suite overlooks our beautiful
Palm Court and offers a splendid view of the pool deck and the Bell Tower.
The bedroom has a queen size bed. Ambiance fireplace, balcony and bathroom

Mission Suite - The original Master Suite of the Mission House offers
the true B&B experience. This suite is adjacent to our lobby, front
desk and kitchen. It features a living room with fireplace and hardwood
floors. The bedroom has a queen size bed. Double whirlpool tub in the
bathroom. Secluded patio.

Please note that rates and availability are subject to change. All rates are per night, double occupancy and are not guaranteed until the time of reservation. There is a nightly charge of $25 per extra person over the age of 2. Rates vary by season and day. Mid-week rates are available. A daily rate quoted is an average daily rate for the dates chosen. If a reservation is changed, shortened or extended, the average daily rate may change. Reservations must be secured by advance payment of at least one night’s room rate and tax. Advanced payments, less a $25 Processing Fee, are refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least five (5) days prior to arrival. If the reservation is changed or cancelled within five (5) days of arrival, the advanced payment becomes non-refundable. In addition, guests remain responsible for the balance of the total reservation costs for the entire scheduled stay. Advanced payments are applied to the last night of the scheduled stay.
For reservations more than seven (7) nights, an advanced payment covering the entire stay is required at the time of reservation. The advanced payment, less a $50 Processing Fee is refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If the reservations is changed or cancelled within thirty (30) days of arrival, the advanced payment becomes non-refundable.
For groups reserving three rooms or more, an advanced payment covering the entire stay is required at the time of reservation. The advanced payment, less a $50 per room Processing Fee is refundable if any or all reservations are cancelled at least ten (10) days prior to arrival. If any or all reservations are changed or cancelled within ten (10) days of arrival, the advanced payment becomes non-refundable.
For groups reserving six rooms or more, an advanced payment covering the entire stay is required at the time of reservation. The advanced payment, less a $50 per room Processing Fee is refundable if any or all reservations are cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If any or all reservations are changed or cancelled within thirty (30) days of arrival, the advanced payment becomes non-refundable.
Weekends and holidays are subject to minimum stay requirements.
All rooms are non-smoking.

Well-behaved pets are welcome. Pet fee: $25 per night.
Pets may not be left unattended in the room at any time.
