About Our Chef
Executive Chef Sarah Spry-Keenan originally came to Casa Laguna in March 2012 as sous chef. She left us for a time to serve a stint at the prestigious
Montage Resort, and returned to take over the reins of our kitchen in September 2013. Chef Spry-Keenan graduated from Laguna Culinary Arts Academy in 2010. In addition to her duties at Casa Laguna, Chef Sprye-Keenan operates a personal chef business and writes a popular cooking blog called Spry on Food. She describes her cooking style as simple and natural, producing cuisine that is really good, really healthy, and really delicious.
