Casa Laguna's Exclusive New Fall Menu Offers Something for Everyone

Ask our previous guests what they liked most about Casa Laguna and some will say the great service. Others might say the beautiful ocean view terraced gardens or the cloudlike beds with luxurious linens. But almost everyone will say they loved our fabulous gourmet breakfasts, chosen from a menu of seven entrees and cooked to order by our acclaimed chefs. Casa Laguna's Chef de Cuisine, Michell Bretall, has just unveiled her new Fall menu, and it's clearly one of our most varied and flavor-filled menus ever—ranging from heavenly duck confit sitting atop a perfectly fried egg and tri-color potatoes; to a hot, crispy corn meal-apple waffle with a sweet-tart cider syrup that is guaranteed to wake up those drowsy morning taste buds. Our always popular Meyer steak and eggs is back on the menu, and the every-changing Casa Benedict once again has a new incarnation—this time with house-made, spicy salt & pepper sausage.
